Each Mediflow pillow has a fully sealed, insulated water pouch under a comfort layer of foam, down, down alternative or fiber. Water does not compress the way fill does, so it keeps supporting your head and neck through the night and moves with you when you change position.

Mediflow suggests about 2 liters (2 quarts) for soft support, 3 for medium and 4 to 5 for firm. Most people start around 3 liters and adjust over a few nights until the height feels right.

The pouch is insulated and sits beneath the comfort layer, so you feel the foam, down or fiber against your face rather than the water itself.

Both sizes fit standard and queen pillowcases. Foam and down pillows measure 18 x 26 inches. Fiber and down-alternative pillows measure 20 x 28 inches.

Yes. Empty the pouch before you pack it and the pillow travels like a regular pillow. Refill it with tap water when you arrive.

Yes. Every pillow in the range is hypoallergenic and latex free. The down pillows contain duck down and feather; choose a foam, fiber or down-alternative fill if you avoid feathers.

Both use the same adjustable water base. Elite pillows add a 100% cotton, 300 thread count shell, durable corded edges and extra-ventilated foams. The Elite Memory Foam pillow also has a zip-off case for easy washing.

Memory foam contours slowly to your head. Cooling gel foam does the same with added airflow for warm sleepers. Down is light and traditional. Down alternative is plush without feathers. Premium fiber is lofty and springy. If you cannot decide, the Discovery Pack includes one Elite fiber and one Elite memory foam pillow.

Mediflow lists its water pillows as registered medical devices. A pillow is not a treatment for any condition, so speak with your doctor, chiropractor or physiotherapist about ongoing neck pain.

Yes. Every pillow 2-K Electric ships is new and sealed in its original Mediflow packaging. We never resell returned or refurbished stock.

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive 3 to 7 business days after that.

Unopened pillows in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept pillows that have been opened or filled with water, unless they arrive damaged or defective. See the returns policy for details.
