This policy explains how 2-K ELECTRIC, INC. (“2-K Electric”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website and when you contact or buy from us.

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details and anything you write in a message.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider may log basic data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
  • Cart storage: your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you place an order or send a message.

How we use it

  • To answer questions and provide customer support
  • To process, ship and track orders, and to handle returns and warranty claims
  • To send order and shipping updates
  • To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time
  • To prevent fraud, keep the website secure and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
  • Payment processors, to take payment securely
  • Email, form and website hosting providers
  • Mediflow, only where needed to process a warranty claim you have asked us to submit

These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, usually up to 7 years. Messages that do not lead to an order are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to get a copy of it, and to opt out of certain uses. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, such as California, can exercise these rights by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for using them.
